Follows these steps to get answers to frequently asked questions   1. Select the category of your device. If your device has a touch screen select ‘PDAphone’ option.   2. Select the model number of your device. If your device is a ‘D810’ then select the D810 option.   3. This will display all the questions and answers that relate to the selected model.   4. To refine your search enter in a keyword in the space next to “Keyword Search”     e.g. if you are looking for information about Bluetooth type in ‘Bluetooth’   5. Then press ‘Go’.   6. This will display all the questions and answers that are related to the keyword that was entered.
