14 days from the day of purchase, the customer needs to provide a valid Proof Of Purchase.

 
 
  DOA/ELF Policy
 
 
 

Where DOA/ELF is verified, Dopod will provide the customer with a brand new handset.
Where DOA/ELF is not verified, phone gets returned back to the customer as No Fault Found.

 
  DOA/ELF Acceptance Criteria
 
 
 

1. The IMEI / serial number outside the gift box should be the same as that of the handset.
2. In-box accessories are complete without missing (including Microsoft CD, Stylus,
User Manual, Battery, Charger, Pouch, Handset, etc).
3. Warranty label is intact.
4. DEMO handset is not allowed.
5. No abuse or misuse by end users. 6. Functional Failure is found on the unit.
